Willy Pete is a band based out of Orlando that exists to celebrate the American Warrior. The band is assembled from musicians and artist from all across the country. The best of the best come together to create a "super band" of sorts in order to provide quality entertainment for troops and their families. They have performed at military hospitals, high schools, chapels, clubs, USO stations, and many other U.S. military events.
In 2004 Willy Pete visited Landstuhl Regional Medical Center in Germany where they went room to room playing for wounded warriors. This was the ignition point for a career of serving troops. In 2010 the band began a partnership with the USO performing a various events.
The band is versatile and is able to adapt to any need the venue has. From a single singer/songwriter to a small acoustic set to a full on 6 piece rock band. Some of the songs in their set list are as follows:
